Glen Barbers is built on the same idea every time: a proper barber, a proper chat, and nobody rushed out of the chair.
Everyone on the floor is time-served and walk-ins are welcome any day we're open — book ahead if you've got somewhere to be.

Long, thick or previously coloured hair may add time and cost — your stylist will always confirm the price with you before starting. Under-12s are half price on all cutting services. We take cash, card and Apple Pay.
Before you come in
Do you take walk-ins?
Yes, before 11am every day on a first-come basis. After that we run to appointments so booked customers aren't kept waiting.
How do I cancel or move an appointment?
Use the link in your confirmation email, or call the shop. Free up to 12 hours before; after that we charge 50% of the service.
Do I need a patch test for colour?
Yes — at least 48 hours before your appointment, and once a year after that. It takes two minutes and you can pop in any time we're open.
Can I bring my children?
Always. There's a booster board for the chairs and a box of toys by the window.
Is the shop accessible?
Ground floor, step-free from the street, and an accessible toilet. Two chairs have removable arms.

Orders placed before 2pm go out the same working day with Royal Mail Tracked 48. Unopened products can come back within 30 days for a full refund — bring them in or post them.
